Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.valleyoutdoorpower.ca If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on the same card in which you used for your purchase. It may take time to appear on your transaction history depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If your item was sent Free Freight you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs as well as our cost we incurred to ship to you. If you paid for shipping on your order you will be responsible to return shipping cost and refunded for your order less the amount paid for shipping.


Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any delivery dates provided by www.valleyoutdoorpower.ca are estimates.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Valleyoudoorpower.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order with damage please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you have not received your order you can contact the shipment carrier with the tacking number given in your order confirmation email to have the carrier assist in finding the package(s) or filing a missing package claim.


Products and Pricing

All products listed on the website are subject to change, as is product information, pricing, and availability. www.valleyoutdoorpower.ca reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend or discontinue the sale of any product with or without notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, www.valleyoutdoorpower.ca reserves the right, prior to acceptance of your order, to decline or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your payment has been processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the order and we cancel your order, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.


Payment Terms

For each product you order on the website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product as of the time you submit your order, the delivery fees for the delivery service you select, and any applicable taxes. www.valleyoutdoorpower.ca will automatically bill your method of payment selected as part of the order process for such amounts, and you hereby authorize us to do so. You will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes, fees, duties and other governmental charges which will be shown at time of checkout.


Warranty

All products with a gasoline or electric motor carry a manufacture warranty and can be serviced or warrantied by any authorized warranty center across Canada. In the event that you are unable to get satisfactory service from an authorized warranty centre you can ship the product back to us for warranty service, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
